George was so happy with your creation that he makes you a member of the first United States Cabinet, as Secretary of the Cheesecake Interior.  Due to aggressive lobbyists, you succumb to their pressure and agree to unionize all cheesecake production.  Fortunately, Lyrch was able to break this union, as part of the Pistachio Mutiny of 1912.
